Role Focus: • Model Integration: deploying and maintaining machine learning models into production environments • Agentic Frameworks: building multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks • RAG: Understanding of advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques • Model Context Protocol (MCP): implementing MCP servers • Data Pipeline Support: cleaning, preprocessing, and augmenting datasets • Prompt Engineering: designing, testing, and iterating on system prompts • Token Optimization: managing context window limits and optimizing token usage • MLOps Basics: experience with CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI • Collaboration: participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation • Continuous Learning: staying up-to-date with the latest AI research, libraries, and tools
