We are looking for a smart, hands-on AI Engineer with strong fundamentals and high learning agility to build and deploy modern AI applications.

Role: AI Engineer

Location: Mumbai / Flexible

Experience:

2–4 years

Role Focus: • Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs • Design and implement advanced prompt engineering techniques • Develop RAG-based solutions • Integrate AI models into APIs, products, and business workflows • Build lightweight ML models • Perform basic model training, evaluation, and tuning • Optimize model performance, response quality, cost, and latency • Rapidly prototype and deliver POCs • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to solve real problems • Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques

Nice to have:

Exposure to LangChain / LlamaIndex
Experience building chatbots / copilots / AI assistants
Basic understanding of MLOps / deployment pipelines
Familiarity with Docker / API deployment

More skills:

LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.), embeddings, RAG-based solutions, ML models, Semantic Kernel, n8n, backend integration, Vector DBs (FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma), cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
