Experience:

Deep hands-on experience with AI coding tools as a daily driver
Comfort moving across programming languages and stacks without ramp-up time
Track record of working with minimal oversight
Experience designing or running agentic workflows in production
Experience across both legacy and modern systems

Key Skills:

AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar)

Responsibilities:

Build and ship features across multiple codebases
Design and build systems and workflows for AI agents at scale
Set up guardrails, evaluations, and review processes for AI-generated work
Propose and pilot new ways of working beyond standard agile methods
Partner with engineering leadership to define future development lifecycle

Additional responsibilities:

Run own email, calendar, and task management with high autonomy
Read AI research papers and try new AI tools promptly
Push AI-assisted development further safely
Set own priorities and follow through
Help figure out what AI-driven software delivery looks like

Nice to have:

Public track record of AI engineering (blog, open source, talks)
History of building or proposing new team processes
