Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, product engineering, or full-stack application development
- Hands-on experience delivering real AI-powered applications in production using Claude, Cursor, Codex, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms
Responsibilities:
- Own stakeholder relationships across Medbridge’s executive team to identify AI-enabled solutions
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered features across internal teams
- Build full-stack applications using AI-native workflows and tools
- Develop APIs, backend services, and automation pipelines supporting intelligent product capabilities
- Apply software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps best practices for AI solutions deployment and monitoring
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn ambiguous goals into scalable internal products
- Use AI tooling throughout workflow and promote team adoption
- Research emerging AI technologies and implementation patterns
- Instrument shipped products and use data to guide future development

Nice to have:
- Experience building evals or quality harnesses for LLM-based systems
- Designing agent loops, tool integrations, or guardrails
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search
- Experience with orchestration and AI workflow automation frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with containerization and deployment technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong product design instincts and ability to produce clean interfaces without a dedicated designer
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated/high-trust domains
- History of raising engineering standards in testing, review, observability, or tooling
