Role Focus: • Design & implement the agentic framework • Build and evolve agentic workflows tailored to financial markets • Integrate internal & external data sources, tools, and APIs into the agentic system • Own evaluation & benchmarking • Design and maintain an evaluation framework for agentic workflows • Define and track benchmarks for accuracy, reliability, latency, and user experience • Run experiments and iterate quickly based on evaluation results and user feedback • Work closely with business & domain teams • Translate financial workflows into robust, production-grade agent behaviours • Continuously refine agents based on actual user behaviour and edge cases
