Role Focus: • Build and ship automations and AI-powered tools that streamline sales and commercial processes • Map existing commercial workflows to identify gaps, manual handoffs, and opportunities for automation • Embed with the sales team to understand their pain points firsthand, test solutions alongside them, and iterate based on real feedback • Own a growing backlog of tooling and automation projects, prioritising based on commercial impact and business need • Collaborate with the tooling and engineering team for technical support, knowledge sharing, and more complex builds • Monitor and maintain the tools and automations you ship, improving them as the business evolves and scales
