Experience:

• 3+ years of full stack experience
• Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools in real production codebases
• Demonstrated experience with spec-driven development
• Experience building AI Agents or agentic workflows
• Proven experience working directly with clients and stakeholders

Qualification:

• Strong hands-on experience with full stack development
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and databases
• Ability to design test strategy for AI-generated code

Role Focus:

• Own features end-to-end: specification, development, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring
• Write and maintain specs/rules files that direct AI coding tools
• Design and build AI Agents and agentic workflows using LLMs
• Use AI coding tools as a primary part of daily development
• Practice spec-driven development
• Design and enforce test coverage for AI-generated code
• Participate in production support
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and leadership on technical priorities
• Interface directly with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have:

• AI/Agentic AI certifications
• Experience with RAG pipelines or vector databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux/NgRx)
