Role Focus: • AI Agent Design & Deployment: Build, train, and deploy AI-driven agents and agentic workflows for task automation, reasoning, and orchestration using Claude, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms. • Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and automate high-value processes across departments (Salesforce, Finance, Customer service) to enhance productivity. • Integration & Development: Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, Conversational AI, NLP) with existing enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Cloud Services) using Python, JavaScript, and API integrations. • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting errors to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
