Experience:

AI-native engineering practice
At least 12 months daily use of AI coding tools
Experience with AI-driven code review tools

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Role Focus: • Direct AI coding tools to produce production-quality code • Review and validate AI-generated code • Configure and tune AI code-review tools • Debug complex production issues • Hold architecture accountability • Mentor junior engineers on AI tool fluency

Nice to have:

Experience with evaluation ("eval") frameworks for AI output
Familiarity with prompt injection as a security risk and mitigation strategies
