Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments at scale

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end build and deployment of AI solutions from concept through production
• Partner with business and operations teams to refine and execute AI opportunities
• Design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with architecture standards
• Contribute to Python-based development, data pipelines, and AI/ML/LLM integrations
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Transition solutions from prototype to robust production deployments with monitoring and tuning
• Build LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows
• Collaborate with AI Enterprise and GIDS Technology teams for governance and security alignment
• Improve accuracy, scalability, cost efficiency, and measurable business impact
• Mentor engineers and drive a culture of engineering excellence and delivery accountability
• Lead AI delivery with focus on execution discipline and production readiness
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and governance standards

Additional responsibilities:

• Stay current with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI engineering tools

• Experience with AI agents or orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with RPA/BPM platforms with preference for API/data-driven approaches
