Experience:

• 4–5 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of AI solutions across NLP, LLMs, speech processing, computer vision, and agentic AI technologies
• Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Anthropic MCP frameworks
• Build reliable Generative AI solutions using RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation tooling, and function calling techniques
• Mentor ML engineers on model selection, fairness, hallucination mitigation, statistical validity, and agent evaluation best practices
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-driven automation, scalable solutions, and innovative talent technology capabilities

Additional responsibilities:

• Execute AI strategy and ensure delivery excellence aligned with business goals
• Publish research and attend leading AI conferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI/ML capabilities
