Experience:

8+ years building and shipping production ML systems
Proven ability to design production-grade pipelines and operate models in real systems

Key Skills:

Python
ML/LLM libraries and tooling (e.g., Hugging Face ecosystem, LangChain/LangGraph)
Databricks/Spark
MLOps best practices
Large-scale data processing

Qualification:

Strong Python skills
Experience with ML/LLM libraries and tooling
Solid grounding in ML fundamentals (NLP, deep learning, statistical reasoning, evaluation)

Role Focus:

Build end-to-end ML/LLM features
Develop LLM applications with retrieval and tool use
Convert unstructured text into structured signals
Create and maintain data pipelines
Design evaluation systems
Implement production guardrails
Set up monitoring for model + system health
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams

Additional responsibilities:

Lead architecture and technical direction for applied AI across the organization
Mentor engineers
Establish best practices and reusable platforms

Nice to have:

Experience building RAG and retrieval systems
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Experience with streaming/clickstream data
