Experience:

14+ years of experience in AI product management or related roles
procurement technology experience is a strong advantage

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Role Focus:

Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch AI-powered solutions for procurement
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for technology initiatives
Oversee the end-to-end development of MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for agentic AI
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate use cases
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards
Monitor and optimize platform health, AI model performance, and system resource usage

Additional responsibilities:

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and upskilling within the team
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships to review make vs buy products
