Role Focus:

Write and refine prompts that power real AI features and workflows
Build and maintain a prompt library with clear documentation
Run structured evaluations to compare prompt versions and models
Partner with product, design, and engineering on AI feature launches
Translate fuzzy product goals into clear, testable prompts
Stay current on new models, capabilities, and prompting techniques
Document patterns, anti-patterns, and prompt design guidelines
Help train and onboard internal teams on prompt best practices

Nice to have:

Strong writing skills and a love of clear, precise language
Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
Curiosity, hustle, and a willingness to test and iterate constantly
