Experience:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• At least one full-cycle implementation
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience

Qualification:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Productionizing Generative AI capabilities
• Designing scalable and reliable systems with performance, cost, and operational health awareness
• Leading through influence across teams and partners
• Designing, developing, and approving end-to-end functionality for a product line, platform, or infrastructure

Additional responsibilities:

• Strong domain-specific knowledge of Target’s technology capabilities and competitors’ products
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have:

• Exposure to UI development using React
• Experience with distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka
