Experience:

• 14–18 years total experience
• 8–10 years AI-ML and GenAI experience

Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise AI & GenAI architecture blueprints
• Drive AI platform strategy
• Lead design of complex A2A systems
• Own AI governance frameworks
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy
• Provide architectural oversight across multiple large programs
• Represent Birlasoft in AI thought leadership, PoCs, and innovation forums

Additional responsibilities:

• Contribute to executing Birlasoft’s AI vision across industries and platforms
• Influence technology roadmap, accelerators, and reusable assets

Nice to have:

• Deep expertise across ML, GenAI, Agentic Systems, and Graph-based reasoning
• Strong understanding of cost economics at scale
• Ability to translate business strategy into AI architecture
