Qualification:

Computer Science degree or relevant experience

Role Focus:

Build and maintain tools and integrations to support internal business operations
Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to investigate requirements and propose technical solutions
Own primarily responsibility for NetSuite customizations and integrations
Write clean, maintainable code that follows company best practices
Develop and troubleshoot existing codebase
Work with APIs to connect adjacent systems and automate data flows
Participate in code reviews to improve quality and maintainability
Debug production issues and proposes fixes that prevent recurrence
Demonstrate growing awareness of compliance, auditability, and security requirements in implementation
Stay informed about emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation, and advocate for their adoption
Author technical documentation for peers

Nice to have:

Background in building internal dashboards or custom logic layers from scratch
