Experience:

3+ years of relevant industry experience (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field)
1-2 years of relevant experience (Master's/Ph.D. degree)

Fine-tuning LLMs

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Master's/Ph.D. degree in related field

Role Focus:

Design, develop, and maintain AI systems for conversational interfaces
Design and implement scalable AI pipelines for real-time and asynchronous interactions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and unit tests
Work with APIs and microservices to integrate AI-driven solutions
Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and senior engineers

Nice to have:

Experience with real-time AI-driven applications (chatbots, voice assistants, AI copilots)
Understanding of machine learning model deployment and optimization techniques
Contributions to open-source AI projects, research publications, or patents in AI/ML
