Experience:

3+ years of relevant industry experience (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field)
1-2 years of relevant experience (Master's/Ph.D. degree)

Key Skills:

Python
backend development
AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)
inference frameworks like vLLM
API development
microservice architecture
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Master's/Ph.D. degree in related field

Role Focus:

Design, develop, and maintain AI systems that power conversational interfaces
Assist in designing and implementing scalable AI pipelines for real-time and asynchronous interactions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and unit tests
Work with APIs and microservices to integrate AI-driven solutions
Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and senior engineers to bring innovative AI solutions to production

Nice to have:

Experience with real-time AI-driven applications (e.g., chatbots, voice assistants, AI copilots)
Understanding of machine learning model deployment and optimization techniques
Contributions to open-source AI projects, research publications, or patents in AI/ML
