We are seeking an experienced IT Development Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and modern web technologies to design and deliver AI-powered applications and solutions.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Experience:

5–8 years in application development and delivery of web-based solutions using SPFx
Hands-on experience building AI or conversational agents
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments

Key Skills:

Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Role Focus:

Design, develop, and implement applications and AI-driven solutions aligned with the technology roadmap
Build and maintain AI and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 data sources, REST APIs, and backend systems
Deliver client-side development using frameworks such as React or Angular
Design and customise SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx
Implement workflows using Power Automate / Microsoft Flows
Collaborate with service owners, VOIS teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Support unit testing and integration testing activities
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively, escalating when required
Provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders and team members
Contribute to Agile development practices and DevOps methodologies
