As an Associate Copilot Studio Developer, you will design, configure and deploy AI-powered agents across our organization. Role: AI ENGINEERING SPECIALIST - Copilot

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
equivalent practical experience
foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms
basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST

Role Focus: • Build and configure agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio • Assist in integrating agents with enterprise systems • Participate in requirements gathering sessions • Test, troubleshoot and refine agents • Document configurations, workflows and best practices • Monitor usage analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Additional responsibilities:

Managing tickets and SLAs associated with tickets

Nice to have:

Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure or Microsoft 365
Experience with chatbots, conversational design or natural language processing concepts
Basic scripting or programming experience (Powershell etc.)
