Role: Senior Software Engineer (AL/ML/GenAI)

Role Focus: • Build and deploy advanced AI/ML models using Python-based libraries and frameworks • Implement machine learning techniques, including ensemble methods, reinforcement learning, and neural networks • Design and optimize deep learning models using architectures such as GANs, LSTMs, and transformers • Apply domain knowledge in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems to solve business problems • Utilize Generative AI models for inferencing with LLM APIs • Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for custom applications • Work with structured and unstructured datasets using Pandas, NumPy, and other data manipulation libraries • Manage data storage and retrieval using SQL and NoSQL databases • Perform cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation of model performance metrics to ensure robustness and accuracy • Create data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn to effectively communicate findings • Develop RESTful APIs for deploying AI/ML models using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI • Maintain code repositories and manage collaborative workflows using Git and GitHub
