Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions
• Build AI products and accelerators integrating with Oracle ERP and enterprise ecosystems
• Architect and implement RAG-based knowledge management systems
• Design and develop AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and Autonomous Workflows
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, and open-source models
• Implement vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and document intelligence solutions
• Design APIs and microservices for AI model integration
• Lead the complete AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate with Oracle consultants, product teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Optimize AI model performance, latency, scalability, and operational costs
• Establish AI engineering standards, governance, and security best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Additional responsibilities:

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications including Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, HCM Cloud, EPM Cloud, CX Cloud
• Work on Enterprise Knowledge Management Systems
• Engage in Business Process Automation and Intelligent Document Processing

Nice to have:

• Experience building enterprise AI products from scratch
• Experience deploying AI applications to production environments
• Experience with AI Agents and Workflow Automation
• Knowledge of OCR, NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI
• Exposure to Oracle ecosystem and enterprise business applications
• Prior experience leading engineering teams or AI projects
