Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of experience writing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework)
Proven ownership: Documented experience owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not merely contributing isolated tasks
Self-directed execution: The capability to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward in uncertain environments
Practical experience incorporating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow

Role Focus: • Design and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from concept to delivery; refine requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct thorough testing, and release to production • Identify and Resolve Bugs: Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and implement intelligent testing to prevent regressions • Elevate Code Standards: Assess design documents and pull requests to enforce clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt at its source

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position
The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
