Experience:

8+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering

Role Focus: • Build backend services that bring AI capabilities to life inside Payroll workflows • Collaborate with ML engineers and operations to create real-world AI-powered tools

Nice to have:

Python scripting experience for AI workflows
Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic APIs
Experience building chatbot or conversational interfaces
Prompt engineering fundamentals
Document/file parsing (CSV, PDF, Excel)
