Experience:

• 4 - 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years in a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Manager like role

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field

Role Focus:

• Collaborate with consulting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of scalable software applications
• Build and deploy AI-enabled applications, including GenAI and LLM-based workflows
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, integrations, and data pipelines
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Additional responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Work with cloud platforms and services to deploy reliable, secure, and scalable applications
• Help define and follow engineering standards for code quality, testing, documentation, observability, security, and performance
• Proactively identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and communicate them clearly to senior engineers and stakeholders
