We're looking for an AI Developer who can design, build and ship production-ready solutions using large language models (LLMs), multimodal models and classic ML techniques. You'll join a collaborative group of AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Analysts transforming every stage of the construction lifecycle.

Role: Machine Learning Engineer - Gen AI Specialist

Location: Pune, Nagpur

Experience:

5 years delivering production software or ML solutions
2 years hands-on with LLMs or other Gen AI models

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or related field

Role Focus:

Prototyping – Frame GenAI use cases with experts; build quick LLM-based tools
Modeling – Fine-tune/prompt models; use ML/DS when GenAI isn’t ideal
Engineering – Deploy models as scalable Azure services with CI/CD
Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams; document and demo solutions
Learning – Stay updated on GenAI trends; share knowledge internally

Nice to have:

Knowledge of construction, engineering, manufacturing or related domain
Front-end skills (React, Streamlit) for building user-facing Gen AI tools
Familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau for analytics and visualization
TypeScript or C#
