Experience:

Solid experience designing and delivering AI or data-driven solutions in a professional context, with involvement in architectural or system-level decisions

Role Focus: • Contributing to system design and feasibility assessments for new AI initiatives • Helping maintain and evolve development and coding standards across the Lab • Implementing enterprise integration patterns that connect AI solutions to RSM's wider technology ecosystem • Building and maintaining automation frameworks • Applying appropriate architectural patterns and scalability models • Participating in technical reviews • Designing and developing AI solutions end-to-end • Producing clear technical documentation

Additional responsibilities:

Supporting junior engineers and graduates with day-to-day technical guidance, code review, and practical problem-solving
