Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience

Role Focus:

Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration
Develop MCP servers and tool integrations connecting AI agents to platform APIs and partner systems
Orchestrate LLMs across the AI layer with prompt and system-prompt strategies
Build RAG pipelines grounding agent responses in policy and product data
Implement compliance and safety guardrails for AI output
Build evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve agent performance and output quality
Build and operate AI infrastructure on AWS with logging and tracing
Contribute to backend services, APIs, and platform improvements in Python
Participate in code reviews, document system design and integration patterns
Engage in Agile workflows and join on-call rotation

Additional responsibilities:

Explain AI system design to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Maintain reliable internet connection and appropriate home office workspace

Nice to have:

Background in compliance-sensitive industries such as insurance, fintech, or legal
Experience operating LLM systems at high volume with attention to latency, cost, and caching
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar managed AI platforms and agent runtimes
Experience with model fine-tuning, customization, or distillation
Contributions to open-source AI tooling or frameworks
