Experience:

7+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning
Experience working in high-scale, ML-driven product environments
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualification:

Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline
Equivalent additional professional experience

Role Focus:

Scale ML innovation by building tools, infrastructure, and workflows
Work backward from modeling needs to design systems
Explore new algorithms and methodologies for machine learning models
Improve the entire ML lifecycle
Automate and standardize operational workflows
Define the roadmap for the next generation ML Platform

Nice to have:

Practical experience optimizing ML workflows using CUDA/GPU acceleration
Background in feature store design, embedding architecture, or synthetic data generation
Proven track record of improving model accuracy in production environments
