Arize AI is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with client engineering teams, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI, software development, and cloud technologies.

Location: Remote (San Francisco Bay area/PST time zone)

Experience:

2-5 years of hands-on software development experience
Experience building MLOps pipelines and/or developing, deploying, and iterating on Generative AI applications in production environments
Experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes)

Role Focus:

Partner with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation programs
Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders

Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams
