Location: Bengaluru, India | Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in-office)

Experience:

5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or related operational roles
Proven experience deploying and managing containerized ML services using Kubernetes
Experience building high-performance, scalable distributed systems
Experience with full ML lifecycle including data ingestion, model training, and production monitoring
Direct experience building with Large Language Models (LLMs) and complex prompt engineering
Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in high-traffic production environments

Role Focus:

Design and build AI features for next-generation intelligent systems and user experience
Build and maintain high-performance distributed systems for agreement processing
Design frameworks for multi-agent systems with state management and reliability
Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced context management
Design and implement evaluation frameworks including domain-specific evaluation sets and golden datasets
Author, version, and optimize production prompts with semantic accuracy and prompt injection defenses
Own and execute end-to-end model fine-tuning processes for tailored agreement use cases
Implement robust ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows with observability and telemetry
Collaborate cross-functionally with Applied Science and Product Management teams

Additional responsibilities:

Manage autonomous workflows and long-running multi-agent systems
Run structured offline and online experiments to maintain quality standards

Nice to have:

Cloud Native development experience with Azure services
Experience designing agent-loop architectures involving tool-use, self-correction, and multi-step reasoning
Ability to design and own comprehensive evaluation systems
Experience with distributed task queues or stateful workflow engines for complex AI processes
