Role Focus:

Drive rollout, adoption, and operationalization of AI tools across People function
Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents for recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and performance cycles
Create self-service tools and intelligent assistants to improve stakeholder experience
Establish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage including governance and quality control
Partner with People leaders to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows
Own automation roadmap and deliver solutions using APIs, iPaaS, native tooling, and scripting
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Data Engineering, and vendors
Lead technical delivery of system implementations, migrations, and decommissioning

Additional responsibilities:

Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders
Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments balancing strategic thinking with execution speed
Try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Annual cash compensation range: $119K – $281K based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location
