Role Focus:

Translate business needs into AI workflows with Finance and Business Operations
Develop and maintain Model Context Protocols connecting enterprise systems to AI agents
Create and manage intelligent agents for enterprise processes like onboarding, billing support, and compliance monitoring
Govern lifecycle of MCPs and agents ensuring data governance, privacy, security, SOX compliance, auditability, and access controls
Measure and optimize impact using KPIs such as automation adoption, efficiency gains, agent accuracy, reliability, and cost performance
Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to build reusable AI frameworks and coach teams on AI workflows
Champion AI first practices across day-to-day operations

Additional responsibilities:

Ensure security, compliance, and measurable impact of AI-driven enterprise systems
Act as connector between business requirements and AI frameworks
Support Gusto’s FY26 Enterprise Systems strategy to shift ERP and Finance systems to predictive, context-aware, and self-improving platforms

Cash compensation targeted at $175,000-$190,000 per year in Denver and most remote locations
Cash compensation targeted at $205,000-$225,000 per year for San Francisco, Seattle, and New York
