Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
Participate in architecture reviews and promote engineering best practices
Support technical planning and solution design activities
Develop enterprise AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks
Design scalable AI services and reusable components
Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend appropriate solutions
Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms
Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to implement AI deployment pipelines
Support model monitoring, performance optimization, and AI lifecycle management
