Role Focus:

Design and develop Java‑based microservices and high‑performance applications (Spring Boot, J2EE)
Build and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, or XGBoost
Contribute to GenAI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector DBs)
Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and versioning
Collaborate with product, data, and architecture teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions
Mentor engineers and ensure code quality, design reviews, and best engineering practices

Nice to have:

Experience in telecom or enterprise SaaS domains
Exposure to real‑time streaming (Kafka)
Prior experience mentoring interns or junior developers
