Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree with preference for Computer Science
Master’s degree is a plus
PhD is a plus

Role Focus:

Lead engineering teams to develop GENAI based Data and Cloud platform
Enhance platform to provide personalization capabilities, analytics, and engineering automations
Create and build entire AI ML solution in production grade
Collaborate with Product Management and Digital Workplace teams on architecture and implementation
Bring thought leadership to advance technology and customer focus
Contribute to American Express Data and AI ML Strategy
Partner with Digital Workplace technology teams to develop generative solution platform strategy
Participate actively in agile team meetings and application reviews
Work directly with business, product, and engineering leaders
Strengthen collaboration with industry partners and suppliers for data solutions and market research

Review architecture and provide technical guidance for engineers
Stay up to date with latest advancements in AI, NLP, and large language models
Build culture of innovation, ownership, accountability, and customer focus
Identify right LLM models, tooling and frameworks to solve real-world scenarios
