Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field

Role Focus:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Generative AI solutions
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Apply Deep Learning and Neural Networks expertise to build AI systems
• Utilize NLP techniques for text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition
• Manage full lifecycle of AI models including embedding preparation, data preprocessing, deployment, and monitoring
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers
• Stay current with latest advancements and new models from OpenAI and other research institutions

Additional responsibilities:

• Work 5 days a week from Hyderabad GlobalLogic office
• Work in a hybrid model
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or portfolio of relevant work
• Published research in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning
