Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with AI/ML
• Last 2 years focused on GenAI and related technologies

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline
• Advanced degree (e.g., MS) preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Develop engineering solutions that solve complex problems with valuable outcomes
• Serve as technical advocate ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals
• Lead requirement analysis, component design, development, unit testing, integrations, and support
• Maintain accountability for code design, implementation, quality, data, and maintenance
• Continuously learn new approaches, languages, and frameworks with focus on AI/ML/GenAI
• Create technical specifications and write high-quality, scalable code meeting quality KPIs
• Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid experimentation to solve customer needs
• Engage with customers and product teams before, during, and after delivery
• Adopt learning-forward approach to deliver lean, supportable, maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, experience, and delivery
• Integrate diverse perspectives to balance feasibility, viability, usability, and value
• Possess deep expertise in modern software engineering practices and principles
• Leverage Agile methodologies and DevSecOps for daily product deployments with full automation
• Understand full lifecycle product development focusing on continuous improvement
• Quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge relevant to business or product
• Translate business/user needs, architectures, and UX/UI designs into technical specifications and code
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
• Inspire and influence teammates and product teams through evidence-based arguments
• Engage and collaborate with product engineering teams at all organizational levels
• Build and maintain constructive relationships fostering co-creation and shared momentum
