Role: Gen AI Python developer- Assistant Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience:

5+ years of experience in back-end development using Python and web frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask
Experience integrating, deploying, and optimizing solutions in cloud-based environments, including Azure
Experience designing and implementing Azure-based web applications with performance, scalability, and security considerations

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Role Focus: • Designing, developing, and delivering back-end solutions using Python and Azure to support business and client requirements • Providing technical direction to team members on design decisions, development challenges, and delivery priorities • Supporting solution development activities including data preparation, data mining, feature engineering, and application integration • Ensuring delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and compliance with enterprise security, data protection, and documentation standards • Collaborating with offshore and cross-functional teams, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve delivery approaches and adopt new technologies

Nice to have:

Experience in Generative AI projects
Understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and AI technologies
Working knowledge of SQL databases
