Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in backend development and developing AI solutions

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI powered applications including RAG based solutions and agentic workflows
• Build and maintain Python based microservices and APIs
• Develop and optimize data models for analytics and AI use cases
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to convert business use cases into production ready AI and data solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Support production systems, performance tuning, and continuous improvements

Additional responsibilities:

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and release management
