Experience:

2-5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, AI, chatbot development, or Gen AI roles

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Role Focus: • Partner with COE leadership and delivery teams to understand workflows, pain points, and value levers • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for Agentic AI • Design Agentic AI architectures and build rapid GenAI prototypes • Build and optimize grounding and structured retrieval patterns • Work with engineering to productionize validated prototypes • Develop robust application and data-layer logic • Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tracking

Additional responsibilities:

Leverage advanced analytics, ETL techniques, and visualization tools to deliver insights
Work under the guidance of a Project Leader or Manager
Collaborate with case teams across geographies and industries
Independently manage workstreams within broader consulting engagements
Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to internal teams
Conduct data-driven storytelling and identify key insights
