Experience:

• 13+ years in AI Engineer role
• Proven leadership in AI technical initiatives

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Master’s degree in relevant quantitative field
• PhD in relevant quantitative field

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable AI applications
• Integrate and fine-tune large language models for NLP and generative AI
• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems and workflows
• Design and implement API architectures and integrations
• Lead deployment and management of AI solutions on cloud platforms
• Establish code quality standards and AIOps governance
• Architect and execute AI testing and deployment strategies
• Lead AI research and innovation initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leaders

Additional responsibilities:

• Translate complex business requirements into effective AI solutions
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Drive continuous learning and innovation as a technical leader
• Ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs

Nice to have:

• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Svelte, Angular, Django, Streamlit, or Taipy
• Domain knowledge in financial services industry
