Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects
History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments
Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy
Practical understanding of deploying AI that reliably serves real customers at volume

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience

Operate at the crossroads of AI product strategy, pre-sales, and customer success
Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and GTM teams to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents
Convert business requirements into high-performing AI agents
Lead delivery of multiple concurrent complex AI projects
Bridge gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout development lifecycle
Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance data
Surface data-driven action items to improve customer outcomes and internal decision-making

Serve as a strategic partner to customers supporting AI initiative evolution, execution, and adoption
Distill complex technical details into clear, actionable language for non-technical audiences
Align diverse stakeholders and maintain momentum across workstreams

Work closely with product and engineering teams pushing enterprise AI boundaries
