Responsibilities:

• Engineer and support Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot use-cases
• Build and operate Copilot Studio agents and integrate with Microsoft Copilot Agents patterns
• Develop Power Automate workflows with error handling, monitoring, and scale-ready design
• Design Power Platform solutions for structured user experiences, governed data access, and operational dashboards
• Integrate with enterprise systems via Microsoft Graph and Power Platform connectors
• Implement security and compliance controls and validate data boundaries for AI interactions
• Establish agent/automation lifecycle management including Dev/Test/Prod, change control, versioning, rollback, and documentation
• Enable safe AI-assisted content workflows with Adobe Creative Cloud focusing on generative AI practices

Additional responsibilities:

• Partner with security, compliance, and product stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable solutions
• Provide KTLO (Keep The Lights On) support
