6+ years of experience
At least 4+ years in AI/ML solution design and deployment

Qualification:

B.Tech/BE -IT/Data Science

Role Focus: • Design and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics and citizen services optimization • Develop NLP, computer vision, or deep learning models as per project requirements • Process, clean, and validate large datasets • Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to integrate models into production • Ensure explainability, fairness, and transparency of AI models • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies relevant to e-Governance

Additional responsibilities:

Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex technical and business concepts to both customers and team members
Identify and frame problems, lead the collection of elements of information, and integrate this information to produce timely and thoughtful decisions
Improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technology and technical methods and methodologies
Drive the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software
Provide deeper functionality and solutions to address customer needs
Work closely with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams to get high-quality products and features through the agile software development lifecycle
Groom features/user stories to estimate, identify technical risks/dependencies and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
Maintain and drive the clearing of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and currency of the 3rd party components within the product

Nice to have:

Certification in AI/ML/Data Science
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
