Experience:

Experience in building both classical and modern NLP stack based solutions
Experience with GenAI frameworks and agentic architectures
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Qualification:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Solid Python programming skills
Good understanding of ML fundamentals (Classification/Regression/Bayesian Methods) and applied ML projects

Role Focus: • Build and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions in production environments • Design ML systems involving structured/unstructured data and complex database interactions • Develop scalable Python-based ML pipelines and APIs • Work on foundational ML use cases including prediction, optimization, and recommendation systems • Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to operationalize models • Take lead in productionizing models including API design and integration, load testing, HPC compute, Latency management

Additional responsibilities:

Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives

Nice to have:

Experience in MLOps deployment tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure Preferably)
Worked on efficient model inference techniques/Platforms such as Ray, ONNX, PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA
