Qualification:
- Bachelor's
Role Focus:
- Designing and implementing LLM-powered product features and internal AI workflows
- Building prompt chains, tool-calling workflows, agentic processes, and structured output pipelines
- Developing retrieval-augmented generation systems
- Creating evaluation methods to test AI accuracy, consistency, fairness, hallucination risk, and output quality
- Building systems that classify, rank, score, summarize, or match data based on complex business rules
- Integrating with AI APIs, open-source models, and model orchestration frameworks
- Collaborating with backend developers for deployment and monitoring model performance
Additional responsibilities:
- Documenting architecture, prompts, evaluation criteria, and implementation choices
- Staying current with LLM tooling, model capabilities, AI safety practices, and emerging engineering patterns

- Full-Time
- Salary: $149k - $154k / yr
