Experience:

• 12 plus years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Experience developing and deploying AI solutions
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, Gen AI (multi modal LLMs), NLP, and computer vision
• Experience developing, deploying and finetuning LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL databases)

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and train machine learning, deep learning, time series models, Gen AI, predictive analytics, NLP, and image processing solutions for healthcare
• Build GEN AI solutions using RAG architecture
• Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments
• Work with large healthcare datasets performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
• Implement and optimize AI models within existing technology stack
• Collaborate with software engineers for seamless integration
• Evaluate models and continuously monitor performance of ML/DL and LLMs
• Apply security measures and implement guard rails in GEN AI solutions
• Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize AI/GEN AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and speed
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML/GEN AI advancements and explore new technologies
• Ensure AI implementations adhere to healthcare regulations, ethical AI principles, and data privacy standards
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize business processes using AI
• Lead team and interface with other department leads to translate business requirements into feasible solutions

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards
• Work limited to application development without access to PHI, PII, or secured/confidential client data

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of healthcare AI applications and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS)
• Good to have front end development skills in React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convince multiple stakeholders
