Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid)

Experience:

6 to 7 years of overall industry experience
1–2 years in Generative AI /LLM-focused projects

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Equivalent
MS or PhD in technical fields (desirable)

Role Focus: • Design and implement scalable RAG pipelines • Evaluate and integrate Frontier LLMs /Open source LLM and APIs • Build autonomous agent workflows • Develop and optimize prompts, chains, and multi-agent systems • Stay updated on the latest in the GenAI ecosystem • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand use cases • Ensure responsible AI practices

Nice to have:

Exposure to US Healthcare systems
Experience in fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs
Understanding of security and compliance requirements
